Minister for Sports Hon Mustapha Ussif has announced that Ghana spent almost 200m dollars in building and renovating some infrastructure for the 2024 Africa Games dubbed Accra 2024.

The breakdown he says comprises a $34m University of Ghana stadium, a $145m Borteyman sports complex and a $16m games village.
Meanwhile, Accra 2024 is scheduled to take place officially between the 8th and 23rd match of 2024.

The countries are expected to arrive for the opening ceremony on the 8th of March, depart on the 24th of March and the 25th and 30th of March will be for cleaning the various game centres.
