Since 1987, International Federation of Football history and statistics organize annual awards for various continents in different categories.

The winners of the year 2021 for Africa continent have been announced and categories awarded are CAF player of the year, Club coach of the year, national team coach of the year, best goalkeeper, best play maker, best referee and young player of the year.

Liverpool Star, Mohammed Salah won the top award category as CAF best player for his immense contribution to club and national team in the year 2021.

Best Referee:

Best Young Player (U20):

Lassina TRAORE (Burkina Faso/Shakhar Donetsk)
