After the dissolvement of the Management Committee and Board of the Kumasi-based club yesterday, a search for a new coach and Chief Executive Officer is still on the cause as the Kumasi-based club is hoping to rebuild a good squad after a bad performance in the just-ended 2022/2023 season.
Reports from Kumasi indicate that Former Blackstars gaffer Kwesi Appiah is set to be named as the new head coach of the club after they parted ways with former Burkina Faso tactician Seydou Zerbo last season.
Kwesi Appiah however met with Asantehene earlier today at Menhyia Palace over a possible takeover as coach of Kotoko on a long-term contract.
