FIFA officially announces the new arrangement for the upcoming 2030 FIFA World Cup tournament. After Canada, the USA, and Mexico had a joint host bid, Morocco, Portugal, and Spain won bids to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

This is the first time that threw continent will host the World Cup. Thus, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay will stage the first three games of the tournament as Fifa
marks 100 years of the World Cup.

Also after several attempts from Morocco in 1998 to host the World Cup not being successful, they however have the bid to host, the 2026 Total Energies African Cup of Nations tournament.
