Asante Kotoko Sporting Club has not been at it same level since the sack of former gaffer Prosper Nartey Ogum after winning the 2021/2022 Ghana Premier League title.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Kumasi-based club has revealed how best he wanted the former gaffer to stay with the Porcupine Warriors.

According to 40 years old footballer CEO, he knelt to beg coach Ogum to stay but eventually, he didn’t stay.

“I kneel to beg coach Ogum for him to let bygones be bygones so Kotoko can prosper, I’ve cried as a Kotoko CEO because of the shenanigans in the team, even Ogum cried in some time”- he told Wontumi sports
