Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot has signed a new 5-year contract with the club until 2028 with an option of a further year.
The 24 years old Portuguese player who has been a phenomenon player for the Red Devils has officially extended his stay at the club.
Dalot signed for Manchester United on 6 June 2018 on a five-year contract for a fee of £19 million. Upon his arrival in Manchester, coach José Mourinho said that considering his young age, he was one of the best right-backs around.
“Playing for Manchester United is one of the highest honours that you can have in football. I’ve grown so much and my passion for this incredible club has only increased since the day that I joined”- he said after his announcement.
