Former Head coach of Bechem United Kasim Mingle has switched sides to the newly promoted Kumasi-based club Nations FC ahead of their first-ever season in the Ghanaian top flight.
The experienced manager, who has been with the Hunters for the past two seasons, guided them to a second-place finish with 54 points, coming behind champions Medeama SC and Aduana FC. It is a second consecutive third-place finish for Bechem under the guidance of Mingle.
He also led Bechem United to an FA Cup final in the 2021/22 season where he lost narrowly to the then-defending champions, Accra Hearts of Oak.
Nations hope to foster the squad as they hope to leave a mark in the 2023/2024 Betpawa Premier League season is on a good course.
