The action continued today as second-placed team Medeama SC visited Accra-based club Accra Hearts of Oak at home as they were hoping to overtake Aduana Stars at the top spot since matchday 7 of the league.
With the Phobians hoping to grab a win after a shock defeat to FC Samatex on matchday 30, their hope was cut short after a humiliating performance at home which denied them again entry to the top four spots.
The game started well for the visiting team as they controlled the game till the blast of the whistle.
A six-goal thriller game saw the Phobians recording their biggest defeat in the 2022/2023 season in Infront of their fans. The Still Believers Men hoping to go far away from the relegation zone were boosted after gaining the ticket to the 2022/2023 MTN FA Cup Finals as they also managed to grab all three points at home from the Blues.
