The first vice chairman of Kumasi-based club, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Nana Kwame Danquah has revealed his belief in his team as they hope to defend their league title.
With the Porcupine Warriors currently 4th on the league log of the ongoing 2022/2023 Betpawa Premier League, a boost for their title challenge was a massive win over league leaders Aduana Stars on Sunday.
According to Nana, they still believe the team can defend its title.
“We are still on course, and we believe our mission will be accomplished. Our mission is to defend the league title and we the supporters still stand by our promise of the operation winning all 4 games irrespective of the loss in Berekum, we will still deliver our reward of GHc 60,000”- he said.
He later called on for the unity of the team and supporters as they push through in this difficult moment of the season.
“All I can say is, let’s be united as we tend to achieve this common goal, let’s rally behind the boys and make our vision come true”- he told Kessben FM.
