Black stars Executive Council member Mr Oduro Sarfo has debunked the comments of some ex-professional footballers, as they believe they have neglected in ensuring some positions to them. He made these statements as a response message to former Black Stars captain Stephen Appiah on his opinion on football management. According to Appiah, football is not managed by big grammar but rather footballers must give the chance to operate as their understanding of the game is up.

According to Mr Oduro, the ex-players are staining out their reputation due to some ill comments about the game and it’s never true that we have neglected the old players.

“Some old players’ comments over the months have not been the best, which is really bringing down their and its never true we have neglected them, Stephen has really enjoyed most privileges in football administration than any other player and you can j=blame anyone if you are not part of a particular group of the national team. The fact that you have played before doesn’t guarantee you to manage the team. – he said.

He also added that, they should avail themselves so they can learn and attain their desired positions.

“if they avail themselves and they want to learn, why not, we don’t just attain a certain position because we want to, but rather we have to learn and invest into getting that done.

The Football Association is run by a constitution and we need to adhere to it- he added
