Head Coach of Accra-based club, Legon Cities, Maxwell Konadu has revealed his desire for his team to fight on till the end of the season.
After grabbing a vital point against defending champions, Kumasi Asante Kotoko at home, the 50-year-old gaffer gave his assurance that his team will fight for a respectable position in the league.
“We started the game strongly and should have scored very early in the game but unfortunately we missed those opportunities. It’s a balanced game but in the second half”.
” Kotoko pushed me back to defend more. We wanted to finish the game strongly and were glad Alex Aso came to score. We will keep fighting and secure a respectable position,” – Coach Maxwell Konadu said after the game.
Legon Cities takes on Bibiani Goldstars away from home on matchday 25.
