We invited the coach and the CEO, the coach came but the CEO didn’t – Baffour Kwame Kusi(Asante Kotoko Board Member)

Speaking on Kessben FM afternoon sports show, Baffour Kwame Kusi a Board Member of Kotoko said the meeting they called was to listen to two sides between the coach and the CEO but the CEO declined the request

Following the minor donnybrook between the coach and the Management it was prudent for the Board to step in and settle any difference

“We invited the coach and the CEO for a meeting, the Coach came but the CEO didn’t show up” Baffour Kwame Kusi

“The coach has made known the problems that he is facing in the club created by the Management. It is an issue that is worrying but it is solvable” the Board Member disclosed

“We will call for the CEO again to listen to his side of the story immediately and take steps in resolving any problem. The chief answered when asked about the way forward

Responding to assumptions that there’s no unity among the Board Members, the Chief said it’s not entirely true that there’s no unity among the Board Members but as a human, there will be diverse opinions on matters when discussed

“The coach will stay, he’s not willing to resign abruptly, he is not happy about certain things and he has told us. He will stay ” The Board Member answered when asked about the future of the coach.
