Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Okraku believe the newly appointed Black Stars head coach can take fully control and secure the dressing room of the senior national team, Black Stars.

Speaking at the official unveiling of the newly appointed Black Stars head coach, Milovan Rajevac, he said “Milo is appointed to secure, control our dressing room and command respect from our players. He has coached top players in the national team like Sulley Muntari, Michael Essien, Kevin Prince Boateng, Anthony Annan and others without any problem therefore he is back to control the dressing room again”.

He also charged the media to be positive towards the Black stars without being quick to spew anything negative about the Black stars.

“We should be positive towards the Black Stars, Is all that we have, we shouldn’t be quick to spew anything negative about the senior national team. We should all help to qualify to the Mundial, Qatar 2022 after that we all enjoy together”. He reiterated.

Coach Milovan Rajevac is re-appointed as head coach of the Black Stars after 11 years and he has been given a 1year contract subject to renewal for another year if he qualifies the Black stars to the Mundial in 2022.

The Serbian tactician would be assisted by Coach Maxwell Konadu and Germany based Otto Addo.

The 2010 world cup quarterfinalist will take $30,000 as a monthly salary and he will take responsibility for the salary of his interpreter, Nenad Glisic.

Coach Milo is tasked to qualify the Senior National Team, Black Stars to 2022 World Cup in Qatar and win the 2021 AFCON which has eluded Ghana for 40 years.
