Medeama SC is set to play AC Horoya in the second leg of the second preliminary playoffs stage of the CAF Champions League competition.
After grabbing a 3:1 win at home already, the Yellow and Mauve guys will travel to Conakry to take on their AC Horoya in the second-leg encounter.
After losing to last year’s runners-up in the league, many believe Medeama can not live up to expectations in Guinea.
Club president Mr. Moses Parker believes his men a physically fit and ready for AC Horoya in Conakry.
“Yes for the return leg everybody is fit we had just small injuries so when you look at the Aduana match our regular players almost seven nobody took part,” he told Accra-based station Peace FM.
He later added that they have enough medical expertise to make sure that the squad is in good shape ahead of the big encounter.
“We have two strong doctors who are looking after the team while we are speaking one travelled and he is back in Tarkwa. All the regular players everybody can play the Horoya match,” he added
