The betting scandal in Ghana Football has been one of the factors which have greatly contributed to the fall of our game. However, the quest to curtail this act has been on course as most stakeholders, footballers and the Ghana Football Association have also joined the race in making sure our game is at its best level again.
The general secretary of the Ghana Football Association Lawyer Prosper Harrison Addo has however revealed that any coach who has been caught or would be caught engaging in betting would not be given a second chance to come back into the game.
“There is no second chance to coaches who indulge in betting”- he told Asempa Sports.
He however added that the integrity level of the league is very high, which they are proud of and eventually they are willing to improve on it.
“The integrity of Ghana’s Premier League is high”- he added.
