It’s all down to the last four of this year’s MTN FA Cup competition. As the weekend served some mouth-watering games which eventually identified our last four teams standing. with Nsoatreman, Skyy FC, King Faisal and Dreams FC booking their tickets to the semi-finals of the 2022/2023 MTN FA Cup competition.
To begin with the paring, Dreams FC will host Skyy FC as they seek to run a last race for the final slot. with Dreams FC beating Accra-based club, Legon Cities at home during the extra time, giving them the nod as they host Skyy FC in the semis after beating Ebusua Dwarfs yesterday. However, it’s Skyy’s first-ever semis of the MTN FA Cup competition.
Whereas Nsoatreman will hope to chase their first domestic trophy after a shocking defeat to Tamale-based club, Real Tamale United in Infront of their home fans which didn’t sit well with them after 90 minutes of action time.
Nsoatreman will face Kumasi-based club, Kumasi King Faisal after pushing off from side Aduana Stars in a penalty shoot-out at the Dr Kwame Kyie Sports Complex. With the new gaffer of the Insha Allah Boys, Ignatius Osei Fosu happy with the performance of his side, he believes his side can go all out and win the competition as they also hope to close the gap in the league.
The semi-finals, however, come off on the 13th of May – 14th of May 2023.
