It was the second day of matchday 29 of the 2022/2023 Betpawa Premier League competition as various league centres across the country were graced with some sweet fixtures.

Starting in Dawu was the encounter between Dreams FC and Accra-based club, Legon Cities as they fight out for all important three points.

The still believers came into the game fully prepared as the home fans were present in their numbers and saw an impressive game from the home team by scoring 5 goals against its opponent.

With both teams winning their games last weekend, a boost to their season’s goal was on but eventually, the still believer stood up tall as they pushed Legon Cities back to Accra without a point.

A win for Dreams FC pushes them off the relegation zone where Legon Cities are also spared from the danger.

Elsewhere at the C.A.M Park was Karela United grabbing all three points from Berekum-based club, Chelsea.

With the home team coming off from a defeat on matchday 28, Berekum Chelsea was confident coming into the game after registering a win over Bibiani Goldstars as they were hoping to continue their winning streak.

With the home fans cheering the boys up, a great flow of goals was seen at the C.A.M park as the Blues were left empty-handed.

Also, Accra Great Olympics were stunned in Bibiani as Goldstars bounced back to winning ways.

The action continues tonight as defending champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko will host Tamale-based club, Tamale City at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
