It was the first game of matchday 30 of the ongoing Betpawa Premier League season, as we experienced a mouthwatering game at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

With the home side, Tamale City in the form of their life after showcasing an impressive performance from matchday 28 till date, however, were confident going into this game as the clear favourite, whereas the Insha Allah Boys believed to re-adjust their game plan as they hope to escape relegation threat.

The game started with a charged atmosphere as the home team got the opening goal just three minutes into the game through Samuel Akoto, which eventually settled them as they took charge of the game completely.

The home team doubled their lead again through Sampson Eduku in the 14th minute as they continued to prove their dominance over the Kumasi-based club.

Sampson Eduku however registered his second for the day in the 34th minute as the away team was lost in the game, Which eventually gave the home team the maximum confidence getting into the break.

The second department started, as the Insha Allah Boys wanted to prove a point of their existence, but a mouth-shutting goal from Godknows Jakpasu in the second half, completely gave the maximum three points to the home side as they the jump from 16th position to the 10th position, as they look settled off the relegation zone.
