Among them was Accra-based club Accra Hearts of Oak who was also pushing so hard to avoid relegation, as many fans were scared for the Phobians but eventually it was a different narrative for assistant coach David Ocloo.
According to David, he was never scared of relegation woes because he knows this was Hearts of Oak and there was no way they will go through that phase.
“I was never scared of relegation because it is Hearts of Oak and history was behind us, so I was never scared”- he said confidently.
Hearts of Oak ultimately finished in 12th place in the league standings after the Ghana Premier League campaign.
