The Black Stars of Ghana has booked its place in next year’s Total Energies African Cup of Nations tournament in Cote D’Ivoire.
Beating the Central African Republic at home after conceding an early goal, with the winning goal coming from Antoine Semenyo after coming off from the bench has revealed the challenges ahead of the upcoming AFCON in Cote D’Ivoire.
According to him, the AFCON will be very difficult and he believes his team will do their best in January.
” It’s going to be tough but I am ready to embrace that challenge,” he told AFCB TV ahead of the game against Stoke City in the EFL Cup.
The tournament is set to come off on 13th January – 11th February, 2023.
