It’s been months since the parting ways of Christiano Ronaldo and Manchester United, yet it seems the storms have not been calmed.
Ronaldo’s Contract was terminated by his former club, Manchester United early November after his interview with Piers Morgan which eventually didn’t sit well with the English-based club.
He later moved on free base to Al Nasser FC in Saudi Arabia where he currently been awarded the best player in February.
Ronaldo has revealed that his former club did not treat him fairly and he feels betrayed.
“Manchester United? When we are at the top of the mountain, we often don’t see what’s below. I went through a bad phase in my career, I have no problems admitting that. But life moves on”- he said.
According to him, that moment was a difficult moment in his career, however, this incident made him understand who real friends are.
“I understood who are real friends in that difficult moment”. He added.
