The 2022/2023 Betpawa Premier action resumes after a break for the MTN FA Cup over the weekend. Matchday 26 comes up with some interesting games as teams set to chase their seasonal target getting to the end of the season. After most teams fall off the MTN FA Cup race, much attention will be turned to the league as they hope to grab silverware and a ticket to Africa.

The action starts in Berekum, as Berekum Chelsea will host defending Champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko at Golden City Park. The Porcupine Warriors come into this game after a draw against regional rivals King Faisal in their outstanding game, while the Blues lost to Accra-based club, Accra Great Olympics away from home, however, they return home as the home to grab a point for their fans.

With the Porcupine Warriors dropped off from the top 4 after a dropping point against King Faisal are hoping to close the gap as they hope to chase their aim to defend the league title whereas the Blues are hopeful to climb onto the top 4 slots.

The action continues tomorrow as league leaders Aduana Stars will now turn full attention to the league after being dumped out by Kumasi-based club, Kumasi King Faisal last Sunday. With just 3 points above Bechem United, the Ogya Boys will welcome Accra Great Olympics who are confident coming into this game after a win over Berekum Chelsea on matchday 25. With Great Olympics gaffer Bismack Kyei very optimistic about some good performance from his side, an attempt to grab a point from Aduana is the main focus. With Aduana playing its game at a neutral ground after being temporarily banned by the Ghana Football Association (GFA), the Ogya Boys will have to adopt the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex till the end of the season.

The action ends on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium as Accra Hearts of Oak welcomes Nsoatreman under floodlights on Sunday. With the Phobians grabbing a point in Dawu. With Nsoatreman also picking up a point against Bechem United they hope to intensify their chances in the league after an impressive run in the MTN FA Cup after picking a slot in the last 4 of the competition.
