It was the last game of tonight in Kumasi, as we already experienced 4 matches. It was Kumasi-based club Kumasi Asante Kotoko up against Karela United at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

With the home team hoping to grab their first win this season, putting up a good display against Karela United at home will be a boost to start their season whereas Karela United was hoping to continue their winning start to the league.

However, the away team started on a strong note as they had the opener through Evans Adomako in the first 10 minutes.
They managed to control the first department of the game which made the home team and fans unsettled.

The second department took a different narrative as the game went in favour of both parties with Karela missing a glorious opportunity to make it two for the night.

The Porcupine Warriors however took over in the last 15 minutes of the game, with a constant knock to find the equalizer.

Baba Yahaya’s last-minute strike after 10 minutes of additional time rescued them as they grabbed a point.

The Porcupine Warriors have 2 points after three matches.
