The action in the Betpawa Premier League continues as teams are poised to put up a good performance as we gradually meet the end of the season. With matchday 23 serving us with some interesting games, matchday 24 continues with some mouthwatering games at various match venues in the country.

Starting today, league leaders Aduana Stars will visit Berekum Chelsea at Golden City Park. The Ogya Boys are hopeful to grab all three points after dropping vital points at home against Real Tamale United over the weekend, whereas Berekum Chelsea also managed a draw against Tamale United. With Aduana Stars accumulating 40 points after matchday 23, Berekum Chelsea finds themselves in the mid-table zone with 33 points, can they close the gap as they tend to climb to the top 4 of the league logs?

Elsewhere King Faisal will host Karela United at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex as they hope to seek a new leave after parting ways with their gaffer Jimmy Corbblah after some poor run of games. While Karela United came into these games boosted after an impressive performance against Accra-based Club, Accra Hearts of Oak on matchday 23.

In Accra under floodlight, is the Regional Derby between Accra-based clubs, Accra Hearts of Oak and in-form side Accra Lions as they grind it out for all three points and the bragging right of the best club in Accra. With the Phobians losing heavily to Karela at the C.A.M Park last week, a hope for a quick response will be highly appreciated by the supporters and the playing body whereas Accra Lions a draw against Bechem United at home. A win for Accra Lions will push them to the first spot if Aduana stars drop all three points while a win for the Phobians will bring them back to the fight in the top 4 spots.

The action continues tomorrow in Accra, as defending champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko will visit Legon Cities at the Elwak Sports Stadium as they hope to start on a good note after the mutual termination of coach Seydou Zerbo’s contract as head coach. With the Porcupine Warriors falling off to the 7th position on the league log, a win for the will blisters their chances to defend the league title. Whereas Legon Cities will want to keep its momentum after grabbing a point against Accra Great Olympics which has pushed them a bit over the relegation zone.
