Berekum Chelsea endured their first home defeat in the 2020/21 Ghana premier league to Wafa. Bright Amponsah scored the fastest goal this season to hand Berekum Chelsea the lead in the first minute. Twenty minutes Justus Torsutsey equalized for Wafa. and Enoch Asubonteng took advantage of poor Chelsea defence to make it two for Wafa in the 24th minute.
Few minutes to recess, Berekum Chelsea’s top scorer Stephen Amankonah equalized with a penalty. Two minutes after recess, youngster Abdul Basit Issah got the 3rd goal and decider for the visitors at the expense of Berekum Chelsea.
Abdul Basit Issah of Wafa was named the man of the match.

At the Nana Ameyaw Park in Techiman, Techiman XI Wonders handed Aduana Stars their eighth away defeat. Bright Adjei had the lead for the Ogya Boys robust defender, Tetteh Nortey equalized with a penalty for the host. Samuel Boakye’s late strike in the 2nd half won the match for the host.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko was back to winning ways after their home defeat to league contenders Medeama Sc at the Obuasi Len clay stadium. Brazilian import Fabio Gama got the only goal and match decider for the visitors at the expense of Legon Cities at the Accra Sports stadium.
Emmanuel Gyamfi of Kotoko was named man of the match.

Accra Hearts of oak continued their poor away form after succumbing to a 2-0 defeat to Dreams FC at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu.
Nuru Suley’s 51st-minute red card gave the host advantage, eventually taking the lead in the 54th minute with a classic goal by Ali Huzaf.
Sylvester Simba doubled with a late solo goal for the host side.

Medeama Sc focus to win the Ghana premier league for the first time continued at the Akoon park in Tarkwa. Ahmed Toure, Ibrahim Yaro and Prince Opoku Agyemang handed the Yellow and mauve side a 3-0 win over Ebusua Dwarfs.

Relegation threatening, King Faisal still much determined to escape demotion to the lower tier but Zubairu Ibrahim’s goal was equalized by Maxwell Boakye of Karela Utd at Nana Ameyaw Park in Techiman.

Elmina Sharks came from behind to secure victory over Ashantigold at the Nduom sports stadium. Ishmael Hammond and Kingsley Braye’ goal was enough to hand Sharks the crucial three points after David Abagna Sanda early goal for the visitors.

At the Nana Fosu Gyeabour park in Bechem, relegation candidates Inter Allies trailed by 2-1 to Bechem united. Skipper, Moro Salifu converted a penalty to put the host ahead. Forward, Hafiz Wontah Konkoni doubled the lead in the 42nd mins for the host and Sidiki Boubakar Doumbia own goal handed the visitors a consolation.

Title contenders, Accra Great Olympics returned to winnings ways after their humiliating defeat to Ebusua Dwarfs last weekend.
Talented youngster, Maxwell Abbey Quaye and Kwame Joshua’s goal were enough to hand the Dade boys a 2-0 Victory over Liberty Professionals at the Accra sports stadium.
