London-based club Arsenal has announced the signing of West Ham Captain Declan Rice on a 5 years deal plus an additional 1-year extension.

Rice becomes the club’s record signing for £100m plus £5m add-ons as he becomes the most expensive English player in the history of the game.

After his announcement, Rice revealed that the head coach of the club Mikel Arteta is the main factor why he joined the Gunners.

“Mikel Arteta is a massive factor in the reason why I’ve come here”.

“I’m so excited – he speaks for himself. You see how he works – you also got a real insight into how he works on the Amazon documentary. He’s a top coach”.- he said.
