Chelsea football club has officially confirmed the signing of Monaco’s captain Axel Disasi for €45 million on a 6 years deal.
The Blues had to fast-track the signing of Axel Disasi after being hit with a big blow from Wesley Fofana’s injury making him miss the majority part of the 2023/2024 season, Coach Mauricio Pochettino however grabbing the signature of Axel Disasi will however fill in the gap left by Wesley Fofana.
After his announcement, Axel believes this is the right step and he feels happy to be part of the Blues.
“I am so happy to be here, at this big club. I am proud to be able to be a part of this great family, and I hope to achieve very big things here. To win titles. I will do everything I can to achieve those objectives. I am very ambitious.”
