It’s the final stage of the qualifiers of the U-23 AFCON in Morocco as Ghana faces Algeria in the second in Kumasi after a 1-all draw in Algeria last weekend.
The game saw the Black Meteors holding down the home team after 90 minutes after a spectacular strike from youngster Fatawu Ishahaku giving them an advantage over the Ghana team ahead of the clash.
However, the Algerians will hope to pick up a win away from home as they finalize a slot to Morocco while the Black Meteors are hoping to qualify for the continental championship which will however be an elimination for the Paris 2023 Olympic games since missing out from 2004 in Athens.
Coach Ibrahim Tanko and his lads are ready as they tend to use the home ground of the national teams, Baba Yara as the fortress for all visiting teams. The game comes off at 4 pm GMT.
