For a group or any institution to be productive and achieve its goals, there is ‘competent’ management.
These competent management teams do not sit idle but make sure the group or institution is financially sound and the subordinates are well motivated with their well deserved financial packages.

Introduction of management committee members in various male and female Ghana national teams, laudable but wrong approach by the actors.

The GFA, in their recent appointment of 5 member Black stars management committee team (George Amoako, Akwasi Agyemang, Late Jones Abu Alhassan, Samuel Osei Kuffour and Fred Pappoe) gave them mandate to supervise the day to day activities of the team and collaborate with the technical team to facilitate all arrangements for tournaments.

Why should we have a management team for the Black Stars and other national teams, while the over-burdened government keep providing hefty financial packages to these teams, especially the Black Stars?

These ‘dormant’ management members should manage the Black Stars aptly by securing sponsorship and partnerships from local and foreign companies to fund the Black stars financially without relying on the government for any financial demand but that’s the otherwise (Government rather pay huge bonuses to these inept management members).

These job for the boy’s Black Stars management team portfolio in the last decade has been incompetently needless but allegedly enrich the pocket of a few affiliated to the FA leadership.
