Deputy Youth and sports minister, Hon. Evans Opoku Bobie has confidently stated that the senior national team, Black stars have what it takes to secure qualification for the 2022 World cup.

The lawmaker, speaking on Angel tv morning show dubbed Anopa bofo) said “I’m very optimistic that Ghana have the needed quality to make it to Qatar 2022 world cup therefore all football-loving Ghanaians should have faith as well”

The Asunafo North constituency parliamentary rep reiterated that government is ready to offer any help to the Senior national team to qualify for the top flight football tournament in 2022.

CK Akunnor was recently sacked as Black Stars coach after losing to South Africa in a 2022 world cup qualifier at the FNB stadium.
Ghana Football Association is likely to announce Serbian tactician, Milovan Radjevac as the new Black Stars head coach.

Ghana is currently 2nd with 3 points in Group G and are preparing for a double legged encounter with Zimbabwe in October in the African 2022 world cup qualifiers.
