The investment made by cooperate bodies into the game helps in the sustainability and growth of the sport.

Most soccer leagues and clubs need a monetary injection to keep up their relevance, image and popularity.

In such situations, it should be symbiotic. An agreement that benefits the investor and the beneficiary.

Every investor doesn’t want to be associated with a dented brand.

A dented brand makes it difficult to attract investment and a major cause in tarnishing such a product is bad publicity

Bad publicity in any form affects brands but it’s heavier when it’s from the media space.

“We go long way in securing sponsorship but bad publicity from the media stops proceedings ” the Exco Member revealed.
