Chelsea football club is set to part ways with Ghanaian International Baba Rahman after 8 years with the club.
On 16 August 2015, Rahman signed for Chelsea on a five-year deal for an undisclosed fee, reported to be an initial £14 million.
Baba’s contract is set to be terminated on mutual agreement as he is set to join PAOK.
PAOK is set to sign Baba as a free agent on a two-year deal until 2025.
