The third edition of this prestigious African women’s club competition is set to take place in the Elephants’ country (Cote d’Ivoire ) between 05 and 19 November 2023.
This is the first time that CAF’s elite club competition is hosted in West Africa.
Morocco’s ASFAR is the current champion of the CAF Women’s Champions League after defeating Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa in Rabat last year.
Mamelodi Sundowns however won the inaugural competition in Egypt in 2021 against Ghanaian side Hasaacas Ladies.
Cote d’Ivoire’s Athlético Abidjan will fly the host nation’s flag in their maiden appearance, along with four other clubs who are through to the final stage of the competition for the first time. AS Mandé returns after taking part in 2021.
The competition will serve as a tester for next year’s Total Energies African Cup of Nations tournament.

Group A: Athlético FC Abidjan, Sporting Club Casablanca, JKT Queens, Mamelodi Sundowns FC.
Group B: ASFAR Club, Ampem Darkoa Ladies FC, Huracanes FC, AS Mande
