The second round of games of 2022/2023 Betpawa Premier League saw defending champions Asante Kotoko visit newcomers Nsoatreman FC at the Nana Kronman Park.

The game which saw the return of second-choice goalkeeper Federick Asare and new signee Mohammed Alhassan was still not enough to give the defending champions a maximum of three points.

After 90 minutes of action, with both teams putting up a great fight, shared honours after the stipulated time of action.

Kotoko now climbs to the second spot of the League with 28 points awaiting the results between rivals Accra Hearts of Oak and League leaders Aduana Stars tomorrow in Accra.
